Brief Description:	Build the turtledeck splice assembly and attach cl
I have debated with myself if I should drill and attach the clips to the turtledeck splice. It seems that I could assure a proper fit if I were to fit the turtledeck and formers and then attach the clips. I compromised and decided to drill the first hole after carefully measuring. I could then fine tune the position with a small rotation of the clip. We shall see.
