Brief Description:	Rebuild Flap Rib and Aileron Channel.
I had to rebuild the channel W04-09. That assembly had the holes drilled on the wrong end. I also rebuilt the flap rib. I had drilled the pilot holes for the right flap into the rib to try and make it work. I decided to buy a new flap skin so I needed to build a new rib.
