Brief Description:	Build Aileron Counterbalance assembly.
I built one of the aileron counterbalance assemblies. I ran into some problems while drilling the the counterbalance plate and the lead weight. The drill jamed and broke the bit off inside the lead hole. I will have to go up to a 1/4 inch bolt for that hole.
