Brief Description:	Install the Aft and Forward Root Ribs.
While all of the ribs and the rear spar were clecoed I positioned the root rib, marked the location and clamped the rib to the root rib attach assembly. I then removed all of the ribs and the 6 bolts holding the root rib assembly with the root rib clamped in position. I then was able to easily drill the rib using the pilot holes in the root assembly. I then attached the gussets to the ribs. It came together really well so I did the up-drilling and deburring and riveting of the ribs, gussets and root attachment assembly. This is much easier than first riveting ribs 1-12 before working on the root rib. I did error by riveting the aft rib to the root assembly from the wrong side. However I still had room to attach the bolts so I will not change it.
