Brief Description:	Install Vertical stabilizer.
Vertical Stab on and of many times. to trim skin. Finally got all 18 bolts, washers and nuts installed and torqued. The bottom 2 were a real problem until I dislocated my elbo. I was then able to reach the bols to attach the washer and nuts.
