Brief Description:	Attached vert stab skin.
Attached the skin and pilot drilled ribs. Removed skin for inspection and found that all pilot holes lined up centered on ribs. Prepared and updrilled skin, clecoed skin to frame. I have a visit with EAA technical Counselor Nathan Davis scheduled for march 25th. I will wait until after that inspection to close the skin.
