Changed bandsaw blade to an 8 tpi x 1/2" to see how the wider blade performs. It does seem more stable. Go slow and it's quite smooth. Had a lot of trouble figuring how to hold the pieces of the F10-16 Idler Assembly together to do the line drilling. Very difficult shape. I hope it's good enough. I damaged a bushing awhile back and have to order some new ones, so this part is set aside, thought it's almost complete.
