Brief Description:	Horizontal Stabilizer Assembly (Frame)
1.0 hrs. Papered over workshop table and laid out pencil lines for assembly of Horizontal Stabilizer frame. 3.0 hrs. Craig Ritson came over and we assembled the HS frame (drilled #40 pilot holes and clecoed ribs in place except for tip ribs. Flanges on both ends need to be adjusted to position tip ribs properly. TIP: It's extremely important to position the spars exactly and clamp or cleco them down to the table.
