Brief Description:	Mounted Hinge brackets onto the stabilizer
I ensured proper alignment of the Horizontal Stabilizer and the Elevator control surface, and mounted the hinge brackets onto the Horizontal Stabilizer with Clecos. I will not permanantely rivet the hinge brackets in place on the Horizontal Stabilizer until after it has been mounted onto the fuselage in case removal of the Elevator is required.
