I mated the elevator to the stabilizer with the hinge bracket to ensure proper fitment between the stabilizer bracket and the elevators leading edge. I drilled/clecoed both upper and lower elevator horns in place, and added rear L-bracket to the back of the elevator to suppor the elevator horns.
