With all the brackets rivited in place, I rivited the top of the stabilizer skin in place. Flipping over the stabilizer, I marked and made the cutout for the elevator cable hole. With the leading edge hole cutout and deburred, I fabricated the adjacent L-bracket and clecoed it in place.
