Brief Description:	Made cutout for elevator cable, and mounted L-brac
I measured out and made the L-bracket, and market cutout for elevator cables on the top of the stabilizer skin. I removed the clecos on the top skin so I could make the cutout. I then clecoed the skin back together after deburing the holes, and mounted the L-bracket into place adjacent to the cutout on the top skin.
