Brief Description:	Added all brackets to front spar of horizontal sta
I aligned, drilled, and clecoed the L-brackets onto the front spar used as a mounting flange for the middle ribs to be added later on when working with the rear spar. I then cut to and trimmed the front mounting brackets used to mount the Horizontal stabilizer to the fuselage, and drilled/clecoed in place.
