Brief Description:	Modify Ribs to Minimize Skin Buckling
In order to minimize buckling of the V-Stab skin on the leading edge (a common problem experienced by earlier RV-10 builders), I modified the nose of each rib by cutting off excess material back to the minimum edge distance for the 3/32" rivets on the nose of each rib (i.e., edge distance from centerline of rivet hole = 3/16").
