Brief Description:	Beveled E-713 then Deburr, dimpled, and primed
Today I beveled the inboard and aft edges of the E-713 counterbalance skin so that it would provide for a smoother transition when passing over the spar and rib flanges. This was tricky but simple and I accomplished this with my scotchbrite wheel on the trusty grinder.
