Brief Description:	Assembly and drill out of Rudder
Today I clecoed on the right and left skins and drilled out the remaining holes to #40 drill bit size. Having prematurely dimpled the skins did not seem to affect this too bad. We will see when I try to rivet them together. Called it a day.
