Brief Description:	Finished the Horizontal Stablilizer!!!!!!!!!!!
Well today I was determined to finished the HS and that is exactly what I did. I needed to finish flush riveting the dorsal surface of the right HS and rivet on the rear spar. It took a while but I just dedicated the time to it that it required, and mission accomplished. First hurdle of many down. Now on to the vertical stabilizer.
