Brief Description:	Installing the ID plate
I Installed the #365 ID plate on the middle of the right rear skin. Just forward of the horizontal stabilizer. Nothing wlse worked right, the batteries on the flashlight ran down, the tools I needed were somewhere else so I threw it in for the day.
