Previously I tried to build a kit plane from scratch but the plans were pretty simple and instructions were vague so I ended up geting no where. I have done a lot of research, spoken to people who have actually built the Savannah and been for a fly. If something happens I can seek help from someone not too far away who has built a few so I'm confident this project will get off the ground...so to speak. While I did look at the Savannah previously the S model with the rounded rear fuselage hadn't been introduced and I think this improves the aircraft significantly. I have paid the deposit and although their will be a delay or around 8 - 9 weeks before the kit arrives in Australia I'm told an extra improvement is being added of adjustable seats.
