Brief Description:	Adjusted placement of tank reinforcement bracket
As I was reviewing the components and iinitial steps in constructing (assembling and sealing) the left tank, I found a slight measurement error in positioning the tank attach bracket. It looked to be about 1/16" aft of the correct location. After reviewing the fuelage and wing attachment shop instructions, I decided to adjust the bracket forward slightly. I am not sure how much adjustment might be possible when installing the fuselage/tank attach bracket so I decided to safe. You will note the rib has a solid access cover and the fuel attach fitting moved to the nose. This is the configuration for the inverted flight mod. The back side of the rib shows the anti-fouling bracket to keep the flop tube from "hanging up".
