MERFI at Grimes Field, Urbana Ohio - Page 4 As you may remember from an earlier post, I am thinking about a polished finish rather than paint. The pictures below illustrate why I like the polished finish. I talked to a Swift owner at the show about his polishing procedure. While he recommended the Nuvite product and process, he also recommended having the initial polishing done by a shop. He was happy to accomplish the ocassional touch-up and maintenance of the polish job but opted to pay a considerable sum to get his Swift polished for the first time. Of course, the sum was less than a paint job. Anyway, the pictures below show a couple nice looking aircraft. Cont'd
