Brief Description:	Trimmed flange on horiz stab rear spar
While test fitting the elevators to the horizonatl stabilzer earlier, I marked the area on the flange of the rear spar to be trimmed. Removing this material allows the elevator to pivot to its maximum deflection (down). I trimmed the spar using a Dremel tool with a small cutting wheel. The cut was cleaned up with some small files and emery cloth. I then spot primed the area to protect the raw metal edges. The hinge in the picture will be reattached and torqued once the primer is thoroughly dry.
