Brief Description:	Prepared the vertical stab skin for assembly
Deburred all rivet holes and the edges of the vertical stabilizer skin (scotchbrite wheel with die grinder). Checked preloading on the DRDT-2 and dimpled the stab skin. Clecoed the vertical stabilizer skin to the skeleton in preparation for final riveting.
