Brief Description:	Cleco the rudder assembly together
Riveted the tip rib (R-703), bottom rib (R-704), rudder horn (R-405PD), reinforcement plates (R-606PP, R-607PP and R-608PP) and the spacer (R-717) to the rudder spar (R-802PP). Riveted the rudder horn brace (R-710) to the horn and then to the bottom rib (R-704). Placed a fingertip size daub of RTV inside the trailing edge of the rudder skin at end of each pair of stiffeners. Clecoed the R-703, R-713 and E-614-020 (counterbalance subassembly) then riveted the R-801PP skin to the skeleton.
