Brief Description:	Counterbalance skin and lead weight installation
Riveted the counterbalance skin (R-713) to the tip rib (R-703) omitting the three aft most rivets on each side that coincide with the skin (R-801PP). Enlarged the two 3/32" guide holes in the forward web of the tip rib (R-703) to #12. Installed the E-614-020 lead counterweight. Removed the counterweight for easier handling of assembly.
