Brief Description:	Complete preparation of rudder assembly
Clecoed the rudder skin (R-801PP), tip rib (R-713) and counterbalance skin (R-713) to the rudder skeleton. Clamped the R-716 rudder bottom attach strips to the assembly (referenced the plan view and sec D-D). Match drilled the R-710 rudder horn brace and the R-716 bottom attach strips to the rudder assembly using holes in R-801PP (skin) and R-704 (bottom rib) as guide. Match drilled the remaining holes in the counterbalance skin (R-713) and the rudder skin (R-801PP) to final size. Marked and disassembled the spar, deburred all holes and edges, and primed parts as appropriate. Dimpled the rudder skin, spar and ribs.
