Brief Description:	Complete the riveting of the right elevator
Riveted the right elevator horn (WD-605-1-R) to the spar and root rib (E-709). Riveted the counterbalance skin (E-713) to the elevator skin (E-701-R) with two rivets on top and two on the bottom eliminating the need for blind rivets. Positioned the lead weight (E-714) inside the counterbalance skin with screws partially inserted. Inserted the elevator skeleton into the elevator skin (E-701-R/E-713) beginning at the front end of the counterbalance rib subassembly (E-703/E-704) and then rotating the root end aft into proper position. Clecoed and riveted the elevator skin to the understructure and the counterbalance skin (E-713). Finished attaching E-714 counterweight.
