Brief Description:	Continue Riveting left elevator
Riveted the counterbalance skin (E-713) to the elevator skin (E-701-L) with two rivets on top and two on the bottom eliminating the need for blind rivets. Positioned the lead weight (E-714) inside the counterbalance skin with screws partially inserted. Inserted the elevator skeleton into the elevator skin (E-701-L/E-713) beginning at the front end of the counterbalance rib subassembly (E-703/E-704) and then rotating the root end aft into proper position. Clecoed and riveted the elevator skin to the understructure and the counterbalance skin (E-713). Riveted the trim spar to the elevator skin along the bottom edge. Riveted the trim spar to E-705 (root rib). Finished attaching E-714 counterweight.
