Brief Description:	Continue initial assembly of left elevator
Removed the clecos holding the root rib (E-705) to the spar and then clecoed/drilled the elevator horn (WD-605-1-L) to the spar and root rib. Clecoed and final drilled the trim spar (E-606PP) to the root rib (E-705).. Match drilled the E-701-L skin to the understructure.
