Brief Description:	Assemble and drill vert stab skeleton
Using the holes in the rear spar channel and spar doubler as guides, back-drilled the entire six-hole pattern through the upper VS-410PP (corner holes in the lower VS-410PP to be drilled for bolts later in assembly with fuselage). Prepared the ribs VS-704, VS-705, VS-706 and VS-707 (finished edges and fluted as appropriate). Clecoed the ribs to the front and rear spar channels. Final drilled VS-808PP, VS-410PP, VS-411PP, VS-412PP to VS-803PP (#30).
