Brief Description:	Final drill spar splice angles and right stab skin
Match drilled all the remaining holes attaching the HS-801PP horiz stab skin. Drilling sequence started at the intersection of the HS-708 center rib and the rear spar and proceeded up along the rib and outward toward the tip. Removed the skin and drilled the outboard most holes on HS-814-1 and HS-810-1 (spar splice angles). Removed HS-810-1 and HS-814-1 for further prep.
