Brief Description:	Finish edges and flute horiz stab ribs
Prepare the horiz stab ribs (HS-404, HS-405, HS-706, HS-707, and HS-708) for initial assembly by edge finishing on the scotchbrite wheel and fluting as appropriate to straighten. HS-404 and HS-405 are not fluted at this time since the hole locations for the HS-801-PP (horiz stab skin) have not yet been marked.
