Brief Description:	Bend, dimple and countersink front spar channels
Marked the bend lines on the horiz stab front spar channels. Bent the spar channel tabs using clamps and wood blocks Referenced View A-A on DW3 for rivet pattern. Center four (4) rivets are AN426AD4s with flush heads aft. Dimpled HS-702s and countersunk the splice angles as appropriate.
