Brief Description:	Preliminary rear spar assembly
Located the holes for attachment of the main ribs (HS-708) to the rear spar and enlarged to #21 (see rear view). Clecoed the elevator hinge brackets (HS-412PP and HS-413PP) to the rear spar assembly and final drilled to #30. Assembled and match drilled the center hinge bearing assembly to the rear spar assembly (HS-411APP, HS-411BPP and VA-146). Disassembled the center hinge bearing assembly, deburred and riveted together using AN470AD4-5 rivets per instructions. Clecoed the center hinge bearing assembly (HS-411) back to the spar and final drilled the bolt attachment holes to #12. Marked all parts in the horiz stab rear spar assembly so they can be returned to their proper position at final assembly step.
