Brief Description:	Begin prep of rear spar reinforcement bars
Used 80 grit emery cloth and scotchbrite wheel to "break" the edges of the horiz stab rear spar reinforcement bars (HS-609PP). Checked fit of the bars with the spar channels. Rounded the ends of the bars as shown on prints (rear view).
