Brief Description:	Topcoat rudder and elevator
Repaired a couple of runs in the primed pieces, scuffed all surfaces with red scotchbrite then wiped surfaces, tacked then wiped with alcohol. Applied fog coat then wet coat. Leaving heat up in shop tonight to help curing.
