I have started making the gussets for the ribs per Scotts website. The thought of cutting 1000+ gussets was not a happy one. I used a 51mm hole saw and fixed five strips of 1/16 marine grade ply to a backing board and started drilling. Upside I get five disks per cut, which will need to be defurred and cut to size (half or quarter). Downside; I have to clear the cutter after the first two or three disks or the cutter stops. 60 down only 400+ to go :) |
