Brief Description:	Rudder Top Cap
I'm going a little different route on the rudder cap. I epoxied it on just like the elevator tips, but there will be no "slathering" of microballoons this time. I'll mix a little and fill the pop rivets but I've read alot and went and got some RAGE filler and some evercoat 416. We're going to try that now.
