Brief Description:	More Horizontal Stab
Put 3/16 drill rod through tooling holes and had to use a larger drill to space the rear spar to get incidence correct. I sent a message to Van's and asked and the answer was to get the incidence correct here, by comparing it to the aft canopy deck, since that is where the wing incidence will be set. After drilling the holes, I made pins to use to attach the elevators. I made a drill bushing and drilled the elevator horns for the control rod.
