Brief Description:	ASSEMBLING THE NOSE GEAR DORR ACTUATOR
1 Thread a nut ( AN315-3) for approximately 1" onto each end of the nose door plungers ( 105-0004) 2 Slide the washer ( AN960-10) onto each end of the plaunger to rest against the nuts. 3 Thread the rod ends ( HFC960-10) onto each end off the plungers until the rod end bottoms out on the plunger. 4 Thread the plunger links to (229-002) onto thw opposite end of the plunger tpapproximately half the depth possible. 5Attach each plunger link to the cross - t arm (200-0014) using bolt (AN3-7), three washers (AN960-10), castle nut ( AN310-3) , and a cotter pin ( MS24665-153) 6 Slide the travel limit striker (245-0001) onto the end of the plunger of the gas spring. 7 Slide the cross t arm onto the end of the gas spring and attach itwiththe set screw (101-0006(. 8 Attach the striker ( 245-0000) to the cross t using screws (MS24694-S50)
