tHE FOLLOWING IS THE INSTALLATION PROCEDURE FOR INSTALLATION OF THE COMPASS. COMPASS IS NOT BEING INSTALLED AS IT IS PART OF THE AVIONIC INSTRUMENT PANEL. Compass should be installed on the glarshield i a location decided by the buider. 1 Match drill the mounting bracket to the glareshield. 2 Countersink the holes in the bracket. 3 Attach the mouting bracket to the glareshiled using screws and washer and nuts. 4 Install the compass into the mounting bracket. NOTE All attachment hrdware must be brass ( non magnetic)
