Brief Description:	CONTROL STICK GRIP
1 If possible disconnect the control stick from the aireron and elevator linkage then remove it from the aircraft. ref to chapter 7 ailerons., removeal is the reverse of installation. 2 Remove the screws holding the two halfs of the grips together. 3 holding the grip level, gently pry up the decals along the seam then seperate the two halfs. 4 Slide the spacer over the end of the control stick. Align the slots and the holes 5 Route the gripharness along the slot then place that end of the cotrol stick into the grip. 6 Fasten the halfs of the grip together using the previously removed hardware. 7 Reinstall the control stick into the aircraft.
