1 ATTACH THE CYLINDER OF THE SHCK TO THE TRUNNION USING BOLTS, RUBBER WASHERS, A METAL WASHER, ANDA LOCKNUT AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 8.2.E.1 SHOCK TRUNNION ATTACHMENT. 2 ATTACH THE ROD END OF THE SHOCK TO THE TRAILING LINK USING A BOLT, TWO BUNA WASHERS, A METAL WASHER, AND A LOCKNUTAS SHOWN IN FIG 8.2.E.2 SHOCK TO TRAILING LINK ATTACHMENT. 3 TRORQUE THE NUTS PER FIGURE 8.2.H.5 MAIN GEAR TORQUE VALUES. APPLY TORQUE SEAL. 4. CHARGE THE SHOCK STRUT WITH NITROGEN TO 250 PSI. NOTE DO NOT EXCEED 260 PSI |
