Ben Bolinger and Stacey Machine countersink the two holes in each C-1207 Guide Block to fit the head of the #8 flush screw. Countersink that are up to .015 too deep are acceptable and are preferable to countersinks that are too shallow. Tap 8-32 the two holes in each guide block. Install C-1207 Guide Blocks.
