Brief Description:	Riveting Bottom Skins & installing hinge brackets
Tim Dobson Ben Bolinger After inspecting the rivets on the bottom wing skin, we found about 20 that were unsatisfactory, so we removed and re-pulled the bad rivets. We also finished riveting the bottom wing skin. We then did part of step 3 on page 17-03 by riveting the hinge bracket in place and clecoing the hinge in place.
