Rivet reinforcing plates and nut plate to spar. riveted A 905 ribs before doing the nose ribs. Drilled out flush rives (2 ea.) riveted nose ribs, THEN re rivets A 905 ribs. Discovered that I had not dimpled skins or ribs so I had to dimple ribs 'in-place' and do the skins using the squeezer. Clecoed bottom skin to ribs, top skin to ribs, then nose skin to bottom / CB tube/ and around to top skin/spar. |
