Brief Description:	Fit and drill fuel cap flange to tank skin
Match the bends in the fuel cap to the inner skin. Marked, and fit , and marked and fit until I got it as close as I could. Held in place with sand bags (under and around) and then with other hand to get first hole. Second hole was easier - just had to keep it centered. Came out pretty good.
