Read instructions and laid out parts to get good visual of where things go and to confirm orientation. Left over item - bought bottom tap (instead of taper tap) and tapped the tie down a bit deeper to 1". Original tap would not go deep enough. Deburr W907 B C D E. Clamped W907 D & E to spar and began drilling rivet holes.
