Drill bracket holes and fit elevators |

New drill bits and reamers arrived. Test drilled on scrap to make sure holes were clean and even. Attached, measured, remove, adjust, repeat until elevators fit even. Once I had the best fit (closest to even trailing edge and counterbalance assemblies lined up with Horizontal Stab I used 1/4 bushing to drill the elevator control horn. |
