Brief Description:	Fitting elevator control horn to spar and rib
Control horn holes to rib holes do not line up. Trying to figure out why. Filed the control horn inside surface and took everything apart re-adjusted things and finally got control hone to line up. Installed the control horn on rib/spar first then attached to skin. Still tight but it did finally work. Attached spar / rib / control horn to elevator skin. Re-assembled counterbalance arms. Clecoed counterbalance arm to skin / spar assembly. All holes drilled out top and bottom elevator skin to spar. Drilled all bottom holes to #30 so I can use pop rivets as allowed in plans. Drilled out all skin to rib holes #40. Will drill out control horn and counterbalance #30 holes after disassembly.
